Why can’t I see any graphs?¶

Is your browser up to date according to our requirements?

If you're using Firefox, Safari, or Chrome, then there are no known issues in displaying graphs - if you're having problems, please let us know & we'll try and sort it out.

If you're on Internet Explorer then you're probably using the Flash version onf our browser; we do have rare reports from people with problems with Flash. If you’re in this situation, it is probably due to an incorrectly installed version of Flash - please try reinstalling it.

In either case, if this hasn't helped you and you’re still having difficulties, please tell us about them. It’ll help if you let us know which versions of your OS and browser you’re using, and which version of Flash you have installed. (The easiest way to find out your Flash version to go to http://www.playerversion.com/ and cut & paste the contents of the webpage.)

Why don’t you support Internet Explorer version 6?¶

Firstly, we’d like to point out that it’s only the main timetric.com website which doesn’t support IE6 — any Timetric graphs embedded elsewhere will work fine in IE6.

But, unfortunately IE6 doesn’t support the latest web technology; Microsoft themselves strongly recommending upgrading. Two later versions of IE are available, and Timetric supports any later version of IE. If you want to use the main timetric.com site, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version.

But our corporate network is locked down, and we’re tied to IE6 for our intranet!¶

We sympathize with you — it’s an unfortunate state of affairs. We’d recommend installing a supported browser (for example, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari) alongside IE6, for users who need access to Timetric.

(On the other hand, if you or your organization need a custom front-end to the Timetric platform, we’re happy to discuss any requirements you have, and IE6 support would certainly be an option. Please contact sales@timetric.com).
